Assisting the Warehouse Shift Manager to own, lead and manage the night operation. By empowering the team, you will help develop a high performing warehouse team that will focus on delivering the warehouse plan. You will ensure the right goods are loaded onto the right vehicles using the right amount of resources within the dictated time constraints. You will be responsible for the safe, efficient and cost-effective management of all identified key tasks, whilst ensuring the team are working to the required standards, individually and as a whole.

Responsible for assisting in the running of the shift and ensuring all KPI measures and key tasks are continually met and exceeded.

The Warehouse Team are responsible for the warehouse function within NX ensuring the efficient and cost-effective management of all operational activities to assist in the overall production and despatch of customers’ orders.

Working hours – 40 hours per week
Monday – Thursday 22:00 – 06:30, Friday 20:00 – 04:30

Location: Crick, NN6 7EA as of 2nd April. However, immediate training would be based in Daventry, NN11 8NW.
